These Terms of Use govern your use of the website operated by Martin Pierre D Van Gansberghe ("we", "us") at martinpierredvangansberghe.be and your purchase of Nuvile Complex through this website.

We reserve the right to restrict access to the site for any user who violates these terms.

2. Order and sale conditions

Placing an order: Orders are placed by submitting your name and phone number through the order form. This constitutes a purchase request, not a binding contract.

Phone confirmation: A member of our team will call you on the number provided to confirm your order and delivery details. A contract of sale is formed at the time of phone confirmation and dispatch.

Pricing and currency: Prices are displayed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) inclusive of any applicable GST. The price at the time of order confirmation is the price you pay.

Payment: Payment is made cash-on-delivery (COD) - in cash or by Visa or Mastercard - directly to the courier upon receipt of your parcel. No payment details are collected or stored by us online.

Cancellation before dispatch: You may cancel your order at any time before dispatch - free of charge - by informing us during the confirmation call or by contacting us by email.

3. Limitation of liability and product disclaimer

Nuvile Complex is a food supplement. It is not a medicine. The information on this website is provided for general informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice. We make no warranty that the product will achieve any specific result for any individual user. Nutrient claims refer to individual ingredients in accordance with EU Regulation 1924/2006.

To the maximum extent permitted by New Zealand law, our liability for any claim arising from use of this website or our products is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.

4. Intellectual property

All content on this website - including text, images, logos and design - is owned by or licensed to Martin Pierre D Van Gansberghe. You may not reproduce, distribute or modify any content without our prior written permission.

5. Returns and right of withdrawal

You have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to return Nuvile Complex. Full details are set out in our Return Policy.

6. Dispute resolution

We encourage you to contact us directly in the first instance to resolve any dispute: [email protected] or +64 9 887 3241. If we cannot resolve the matter, you may refer the dispute to the Disputes Tribunal of New Zealand or seek independent legal advice.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.
