How we operate
Orders are placed online with a name and phone number. We call each customer to confirm before dispatch - there is no automated fulfilment without a conversation. Payment is collected by the courier on delivery; we do not store or process card details online.
We dispatch from Auckland within 1-2 working days of confirmation. Returns are accepted within 14 days for sealed product, and cancellations are free any time before dispatch.
